Instagram Reach is a metric for how many users have seen your Instagram post or story. This number will tell you the day's total reach, which can be used to increase brand awareness and show that people are engaging with what they post on social media.
The reach-to-impressions ratio is a way to understand your social media content's performance. To calculate this number, divide the total impressions for one post by its likes or shares - whichever metric you're using to measure engagement. This tells us how many times someone saw our content but didn't engage with it (i.e., they were exposed). The higher an individual post's impression count over the corresponding like/share counts means that fewer users actually engaged and interacted with what we had posted on their feed!
